Warranty and Returns

Your mural is guaranteed against printing defects and manufacturing damages. If your mural is damage during shipment or if there was a problem with the printing, it will be replaced free of charge.

To request a replacement wallpaper, contact the customer service upon reception of your package. You must include pictures of the damaged mural and pictures of the packaging with your request. Your mural must not have been installed, so make sure to inspect it carefully before installation. You also need to include your full name and shipping address in your email. A customer service agent will then contact you to explain the return procedure via Purolator.

Warranty exclusion

Choose your photo carefully before placing your order. You cannot return your mural wallpaper if you don’t like the image chosen after you’ve received it. Each computer monitor, tablet or smartphone display is calibrated differently. Therefore, it’s possible that the color of your wallpaper is slightly different from the one displayed on your screen. That slight color difference cannot justify a return.

Measurements are under the customer’s responsibility. You cannot return your wallpaper if you didn’t provide the correct measurements when you placed your order.

Installation of the mural is also under the customer’s responsibility. The detailed procedure to install your wallpaper is available at the following link: How to install your wall mural. A wallpaper that was damaged during installation cannot be returned, unless it was installed by Murale Design (only available in the Quebec City area). If you don’t think you can successfully install the mural by yourself, we recommend that you get help from a friend or get it installed by your local home décor center.

Your orders will be processed, printed and delivered according to the same deadlines as usual.
