FREE SHIPPING
Shipping is included in the price. However, exceptions may apply. If shipping fees exceed a certain limit, we may need to charge you an additional fee. If this is the case, you will be notified before we proceed with printing your order. Payment by credit card will then be required to cover these costs.
Orders are shipped via Loomis, Canpar, FedEx, and UPS. You should allow between 10 and 15 days to receive your mural following your order or the approval of the visual proof (if applicable). This delay may vary depending on the shipping destination.
SHIPPING DELAYS
All orders are prepared and ready to be shipped within a maximum of 10 days following your order or the approval of its visual proof. You can therefore expect 10 to 15 days to receive your mural. Once a mural is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to track your package. If you have not received your mural 10 days after it has been shipped, please contact us by email at [email protected], and we will look into it for you.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive your mural and it has been damaged during transit, or if you notice a manufacturing defect, please contact us at [email protected] and send us a photo of both the box and the mural. We will get back to you with instructions on how to proceed.
