Delivery time
Your mural or tapestry will be printed and shipped within 10 days after receiving your order, unless a problem with your picture is detected by our graphic team. In that case, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.
Shipping is free for US and Canadian customers. Orders are shipped via Canpar for Canadian costumers and UPS for US costumers and delivery usually takes around 10 business days. That delay may vary depending on your location. A shipping confirmation with a tracking number for your package will be sent by email.
For canvas orders, expect to receive your order between 20 to 25 days.
