How to install a wallpaper or a wall mural in a bathroom?
The installation of our wall tapestries in the bathroom can be done in a few steps! We recommend working as a team for the installation. You will need a small stepladder, a ruler, a pencil, a plastic palette, and a utility knife.
- Make sure the wall is clean and as smooth as possible.
- Remove telephone and electrical plates.
- Our wall tapestries are numbered. Start the installation with number 1, which will be the left side of your wall.
- Peel off the wax paper from your mural for about 12 inches, then fold it over itself.
- Align the top of your mural with the ceiling and the left side of the wall. Stick the exposed part of the mural to the wall using the plastic palette, always from left to right. Once the entire exposed part is stuck, unroll another part of the wax paper and repeat the process until you reach the bottom of the wall.
- Repeat the same procedure for each panel of your mural, respecting the overlapping measurement between two panels.
- Once the mural is fully installed, use the ruler and utility knife to trim the excess width on the wall.
